Global Advertisers’ OOH campaign rakes in one lakh queries for XRBIA


Global Advertisers, which had rolled out week-long OOH campaign in November 2014 for XRBIA Developers, a leading real estate developer aimed at creating future-ready cities, claims to have received a record-breaking response on the first day of the Times Property exhibition, which was held in Mumbai from November 27 to 30.

XRBIA Developers has announced multiple path breaking initiatives in value housing segment between Mumbai and Pune. The company has introduced concession in interest rates where the buyers have to pay only 7.25 per cent interest on the loan amount for the entire term period.

In order to promote their path breaking initiative – ‘building 100 future ready cities’ – the realty major recently embarked on an outdoor campaign with the tagline ‘Every Indian deserves a home loan’ in Mumbai and Pune. Global Advertisers was entrusted with the campaign execution duties.

Global Advertisers decided to create an over-the-top media impact for the real estate major through large format outdoor media displays positioned at the crucial junctures of the cities, which offered high visibility in terms of target audience.(Global Advertisers adds muscle to Xrbia’s outdoor campaign in Mumbai)

The agency claims to have received over one lakh queries for the real estate major on the very first day at the Times Property expo.
