MCHI-CREDAI roped in almost 100 outdoor media properties in Mumbai to promote its exhibition

Global Advertisers in the last six months has scored a hat-trick executing outdoor media advertising campaigns for Maharashtra Chamber for Housing Industry CREDAI which is claimed to be the largest representative body of real-estate developers in Maharashtra. This time the media owner has executed yet another campaign for the same industry body, claiming to cover almost 100 outdoor media sites for the campaign.

The campaign is aimed at promoting and increasing footfalls for the MCHI CREDAI exhibition in Mumbai from 9th to 12th April this year. Since the last few years the real-estate body has been rolling out large scale OOH campaigns for its exhibitions in Mumbai, with each year’s theme being different. For example last year, MCHI CREDAI had followed a colourful approach to its creative with the theme ‘Aamchi Mumbai’ presented by Tata Capital. This year with Housing being the presenting sponsor, the campaign creative is simple, with only the necessary information about the dates and venue, partners and sponsors along with call to action SMS number and social media links.

“MCHI – CREDAI are the biggest mover and shaker in the real estate market in Mumbai. The fact that we have executed over 10 campaigns for them in the last year and half is testimony to the trust they repose in us. All these campaigns have been challenges because MCHI measures the success of any campaign on basis of sales at the exhibition venue and number of footfalls executed. We are happy that we have been delivering on both counts consistently,” says Sanjeev Gupta, MD, Global Advertisers.

According to Global, close to 100 outdoor media properties were roped in for the campaign. The media formats included hoardings, gantries, bus shelters and outstation hoardings. The campaign claims to cover the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region and major routes as well as traffic junctions from Virar to Marine Lines on the Western part of Mumbai and Thane, Mulund and Byculla in central Mumbai.
